Are the bikes serviced before sale?
Yes. Every e-bike is serviced before it's sold.
Can I view the bike before buying?
Yes. Bikes can be viewed before you buy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, arranged at collection or delivery.
What's your delivery policy?
Delivery is £1.20 per mile and hand delivered. We only deliver within mainland UK.
Do you offer part exchange?
Yes, part exchange is available. Get in touch with details of your bike and we'll talk you through it.
How does selling my bike work?
Show us your bike and tell us about it. We agree a price, then collect it from your doorstep, usually within 24 hours.

Are the bikes covered by a warranty?
All bikes are pre-owned and sold as seen unless we say otherwise. Every bike is serviced first, so it's ready to ride. If something's wrong in the first few days, message us and we'll sort it out.
